AP Summative Assessment-2 (SA2) for classes I to IX during 2021-22 Timetable scheduled from 22.04.2022 to 04.05.2022

The attention of all the Regional Joint Directors of School Education and all the District Educational Ofcers in the state is invited to the references read above and they are informed that Summative Assessment-2 examinations for classes I to IX are scheduled from 22.04.2022 to 04.05.2022.  The same is enclosed in the annexure.

Further, as all the District Educational Ofcers are aware that all Assessments/exams are being conducted with common question papers across the State. Therefore, they must ensure to take utmost precautionary measures to maintain the confdentiality during the exams and question papers at all levels as directed in this ofice Proceedings dated.01.04.2022.

Hence, all the Regional Joint Directors of School Education and District Educational Ofcers in the stare are directed to conduct the Summative Assessment-2 for the academic year 2021-2022 carefully and informed that all the answer sheets will be valued and the marks will be disseminated to students soon after completion of the examination.

Schedule dates of SA2 EXAMS:

AP Summative Assessment-2 (SA2) for classes I to IX during 2021-22 Timetable scheduled from 22.04.2022 to 04.05.2022

Further, they are also directed to instruct the Head of institutions concerned to submit the class wise promotion lists of the students to their respective inspecting authorities within 15 days of completion of the assessment. 

While awarding the grades,internal marks should be calculated for 3 Formatives and One Summative Assessment -1 i.e., 20% of 230 marks,three formatives- 3 X 50=150 marks and one Summative- 1X80 = 80 marks in total 230 marks duly following the 8 point scale in respect of classes VI to IX and 5 point scale in respect of classes I to V.

If any adverse/unwanted situations occurred while conducting of Summative Assessment-2, disciplinary action will be initiated against the responsible.

The attention of the Deputy Educational Officers and Mandal Educational Officers in the District are here by informed that, the State Project Director, AP Samagra Shiksha, Amaravathi has instructed vide in the reference 2nd cited (copy enclsoed), that NISHTHA Secondary online teacher training on DIKSHA willbe commenced from 01-08-2021 guidelines- Communicated. - Regarding as per Rc.No.406/A4/2021.Dt: 21.07.2021

Further, it is informed that the NCERT has scheduled the NISHTHA Secondary online training from 1st August, 2021 to 28th February, 2022. 

This training is meant for all the teachers who are teaching from classes 9th to 12th and Heads of institutions. 

This training is mandatory for all the said teachers of all managements.

In view of the above, all the Deputy Educational Officers and Mandal Educational Officers in the District are instructed to disseminate the above information to all the Head Masters and teachers working in their Jurisdiction and to take all necessary steps for 100% participation of teachers.

It is informed that the Government of Andhra Pradesh has issued vide Memo No.1477968/IE-A2/2021-1, School Education (IE) Dept., dated:10.08.2021, wherein it was directed to implement online admission into Two year Intermediate courses for the academic year 2021-22 as per Rc.No.ESE51-13/148 /E3/2021Dated: 10.08.2021

In this regard, the Board of Intermediate Education, Andhra Pradesh issues the notification for Online Admission into Two year Intermediate Courses in General and Vocational Streams in various colleges for the academic year 2021-2022. 

All the students / parents are informed that the registration process of Two year Intermediate courses will be completely online for all categories and for all quotas.

The details of the registration process and subsequent procedure is available the website of Board of Intermediate Educati dhra Pradesh i.e., https://bie.ap.gov.in as "Online Admissions 2021-22 (APOASIS) user manual".

The first phase of schedule of online admission registration for Two year Intermediate courses of the Board of Intermediate Education, Andhra Pradesh is as shown below:

The attention of the Regional Joint Directors of School Education and District Educational Officers in the state are invited to the reference read above, wherein instructions were issued for commencement of the process of flling up of aided posts in pursuance of interim orders passed by the Hon’ble High Court of AP in IA No.1 of 2018 in WP No.1041/2018 and to complete the said process by 31.08.2021 duly following the guidelines and instructions issued by the government in the G.O.Ms.No.37 School Education(PS)Dept., dt:14.0=.2021scrupulously without any deviation and in transparent manner.

2. In the conference of Regional Joint Directors of School Education and the District Educational Officers held on 27-7-2021 and 28-7-2021 in the Office of the Director of School Education, some officers brought the present schools enrolment trends in various managements in the districts and requested to give three months more time to complete the process as per the statutory norms of G.O.37, dated.14-=-2021 for assessing the factual position of around 840 aided schools which are under performed and declining trend of student enrolment and having more number of teachers when compared to student strength as per norms.

3. The factual position in the Districts is agreed and decided to give extension for two months instead of three months in view of the proposal to be submitted to the Government after completing process for permission for fll up the needy vacant posts as per norms. 

4. In view of the above circumstances, the Regional Joint Directors of School Education and the District Educational Officers in the State are hereby informed that the time limit extended for two more months and permitted up to 31.10.2021 for completion of the process of flling up of aided posts duly following guidelines and instructions issued by the government in the G.O.Ms.No.37 School Education (PS) Dept., dt:14.0=.2021

5. Therefore, all the Regional Joint Directors of School Education and the District Educational Officers in the state are requested to take further action accordingly.

MANABADI Nadu-Nedu STMS NEW Mobile Android App UPDATED VERSION 2.3.5 version

STMS mobile application is meant for monitoring and tracking the transformation of schools in the state of Andhra Pradesh. With the new Govt in place, steps has been taken to strengthen the education system in the state and STMS application is the first step towards it

Through this application, the Govt will come to know about the existing infrastructure of the school and will improve the facilities for a bright future of the students

This application has been equipped with Geo Fencing technology, which enables the Govt to make the process transparent.
